Speaking & Teaching

I believe food, plants, fungi, and sustainability are powerful entry points for connection, creativity, and healing. Over the years, I’ve shared this passion through classes, workshops, and speaking engagements that weave together culinary techniques, herbalism, sustainability practices, and storytelling. My teaching style is both approachable and inspiring, inviting people to deepen their knowledge while engaging all the senses.

From hands-on cooking classes and herbal immersions to talks on sustainability, functional mushrooms, and ethical food systems, I create experiences that leave participants with practical skills, fresh perspectives, and a renewed appreciation for the natural world. Whether in the kitchen, classroom, or on stage, I love creating spaces where curiosity, community, and conscious living can flourish.
